GTPred - a Gpcr Transmembrane domain Prediction tool -

GTPred is a specifict tool to predict transmembran domains of G-protein coupled receptors (GPCR) with high accuracy. The prediction of this tool is based on "structure-conscious" Hidden Markov Model.

Aademic users can use GTPred with alternative model paramter set.

Preprocessed prediction results are also available.
